  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Dispatch occurs within 7 days of order confirmation.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS once the order is shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak season demands.
  • We currently provide Pan India delivery. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
  • Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be clearly indicated on the product page or in the cart.
  • Any customs or import duties (if international shipping becomes available) will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • Please report any lost or damaged items within 48 hours of attempted delivery.
  • Our support team will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. Items that are final sale, hygiene-sensitive, or customized cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Submit a return request via the Returns page or your order confirmation link. Wait for approval and instructions before sending the item back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free returns are available for items that are faulty, damaged, or materially misdescribed, with a prepaid return label provided.
  • For change of mind, size issues, or style preferences, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Secure packaging is required to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Method and Timing: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless VedVastra is at fault (faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items).
  • Partial Refunds/Denials: Items not meeting return conditions may receive a partial refund or be refused entirely, at VedVastra’s discretion.

Exchanges

  • Like-for-like exchanges are available for faulty or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
  • For size or style changes, place a new order after your refund is processed.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations can be requested before dispatch.
  • Orders already shipped will need to be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Compliance with Indian E-Commerce Rules

  • All refunds for accepted cancellations or returns will be processed within a reasonable timeframe as per Indian e-commerce regulations.
