At VedVastra Store (hereinafter referred to as “us"), we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, exchange, or refund for products purchased from our store.

Return Period

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns sent without prior request or approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@vedvastra.store or +919270195319 so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final Sale Items: Discounted or clearance apparel items
  • Customized or Personalized Clothing: Items with custom prints, embroidery, or personalized designs
  • Underwear, Socks, or Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@vedvastra.store or +919270195319 with your order details.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may still initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.
  • Prepaid order cancellations (within the eligible window) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Pan India Delivery

We currently offer delivery Pan India only. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
